This public page is a product and contracting overview, not a complete binding Terms of Service. The executed order form, services agreement, security schedule and data-processing terms govern a customer production deployment.

Product scope

AI Fire Brigade is a governed support-operations platform, not a casino operator, payment provider, regulator or legal adviser.
The platform is designed to combine authorized casino facts, governed knowledge, AI support workflows and explicit human review.
Synthetic demo and benchmark environments are engineering proof and are kept separate from real-partner evidence.

Customer responsibilities

The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and authority of casino facts, policies, jurisdictions and operating procedures supplied to the service.
The customer must configure lawful access to support channels, Back Office systems and model providers used in its deployment.
The customer determines which support classes may progress beyond Human Review after appropriate real-world validation.

Safety and automation boundaries

Compliance, Responsible Gambling, legal/security and configured always-human classes take precedence over conversational style or automation goals.
Provider credentials stay server-side and player-facing delivery requires the applicable authorization path.
AI Fire Brigade does not guarantee that a model response is factually correct unless the relevant source facts and policy are present and verified.

Production prerequisites

A production deployment requires agreed security, retention, residency, backup, monitoring and incident-response procedures.
Customer-specific service levels, support commitments, data processing terms, subprocessors and governing law belong in the executed commercial agreement.
No public demo metric should be interpreted as a guaranteed commercial, retention, revenue or player-outcome result.

Contracting entity details, pricing, service levels, governing law, liability allocation and customer-specific production obligations are not invented on this public page and must be completed in the signed agreement.
